structural work, so the builder doesn't have to do anything critical. EXCALIBUR is one of

EXCALIBUR features aircraft aluminum
in grades 6061-T6, 2024-T3, and 7075-T6. Stainless steel and chromoly steel are used where
needed for strength and durability.
State of the art CNC machines and
other precision equipment make the parts for your EXCALIBUR.
We use precision jigs for accurate
alignment of all parts before riveting, using stainless steel pop rivets and in many
locations CHERRYMAX rivets.
